Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after this period.
  • To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Opened or used items, including damaged items that have been opened, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, as well as store credit for qualifying returns.
  • If you'd like to exchange an item or receive store credit, please contact us at emily@raytik.com, with your order number and details of your request.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or damaged items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria

Shipping Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure your returned items are sent with a tracking number for your security.
